You may be entitled to a full refund, credit note or exchange depending on the circumstances. To return an item, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Complete the returns form that came with your purchase and return the item to our business address within 14 days. The item should be in its original packaging, in a re-sellable, unworn and undamaged condition (all tags, labels and protective gussets etc. in tact).

 

2. We do not offer free returns and cannot accept responsibility for items not received.  As such, we recommend returns are sent via recorded or tracked delivery, requiring a signature at our end.  Please also retain your proof of posting.

 

3. Once received, a credit note, replacement or refund will follow within 14 days.

 

4. Refunds will be paid back to the original paying card only.

 

Please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on intimate items (such as briefs or self adhesive products).
